last 前不加the表示上一个, 加the表示 最后一个 ，

passed 表示过得很快

5. On the last day I made a big decision. 到了最后一天我做出了一项重大的决定。
   last + the表示最后的意思。不加the表示上一个。

   Last week I went to the theatre. 上个星期 我去看了戏。

6. I spent the whole day in my room, but I did not write a single card ! 我在房间里关了一整天，然后竟连一张明信片也没有写成。
   spend + 时间 + 地点

7. 双宾语
   send me a card. me是间接宾语，a card 是直接宾语

8. to & for

   • 在汉语翻译为给，为，替时用for
   • 只翻译为给，没有替的意思用to

     for： find，buy，make，do … favor … ，order
